How we do it

Our Company ethos is simple; happy model = happy client. This is quite simply achieved by open honest working relationships with both our models and clients. We ensure we fully understand our clients' requirements and ensure that our models are fully briefed before an assignment.

We specialise in scouting new talent who are exclusive to The Model Academy.

All of our fresh faces go through The Model Academy Way. This is a formal training programme organised by The Model Academy whereby each model is trained on a one to one basis on appearance, attitude and professionalism. This ensures our models portray a consistent professional image to all organisations that we deal with adding value to the service we provide.
